About Your New Job as a Front of House Receptionist/Administrator Location: Dublin 2 Hours: ****** Mon-Thur, 9-5pm Fri Type: Fully On-Site Key Responsibilities Front of House Duties: Greet and assist visitors with a professional demeanour.
Answer and transfer calls, take messages, and handle enquiries.
Manage the key holding list for various properties.
Update QR codes for new properties and assist with ad hoc tasks.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the office manager and team.
Handle mail, couriers, and office supplies.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Perform general office duties as required.
Various ad hoc duties.
What Skills You Need as a Front of House Receptionist/Administrator Fluent English and excellent phone manner.
Strong customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
Excellent presentation and professional attitude.
Administrative skills and initiative.
Experience in a fast-paced office environment (2-3 years preferred).
Experience in an estate agency is beneficial but not essential.
