About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to lead the growth of our innovative Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) product across Cork and the surrounding region. This is a key commercial role for a self-motivated construction professional with strong technical knowledge and proven sales ability.
The ideal candidate will be working with warm leads and a network of certified installers, advising architects, engineers, and builders while managing the full sales cycle. The role offers real autonomy and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing area of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build trusted relationships with builders, engineers, and architects in the residential construction sector.
* Presentation of the benefits of ICF as an alternative to traditional methods like timber frame and block work.
* Management and growth of a network of certified installation partners to ensure project quality and coverage across Cork.
* Conversion of warm leads into successful contracts, negotiating confidently to deliver strong sales results.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in the construction industry, perhaps having transitioned from site, trade, or technical roles into a client-facing or commercial role. Strong sales track record, with the ability to manage a territory, close deals, and drive revenue. Local knowledge of the Cork construction market, with existing industry contacts highly desirable. Self-driven, professional, and resilient, comfortable working in dynamic, on-site environments. Excellent communication and advisory skills with a technical edge, able to influence and support engineers, architects, and developers. Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel across the Cork region.
