The team member in the Networks Training Centre administration function plays a crucial role in supporting the effective and efficient delivery of training for ESB Networks. By ensuring smooth reception operations and providing accurate administrative support, this role directly contributes to a positive training experience for all participants and supports the ongoing development of skilled professionals within ESB Networks. The ESB Networks Training Centre is a dynamic location that serves a diverse group, including both ESB staff and external parties, and is the central hub for ESB's apprenticeship programme.This service-oriented role primarily involves managing reception duties at the NTC, welcoming visitors, and addressing queries. It also encompasses a variety of administrative tasks essential to the smooth functioning of the Networks Training Centre and successful course delivery.
