Job Summary
Our organization is seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the Engineering Centre of Excellence, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our Planned and Predictive Maintenance (PPM) system. This includes creating job plans, assigning maintenance frequencies, and implementing best practices.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compliance within the Engineering Department.
* Supporting the implementation of maintenance best practice methodologies and technologies, including Lean Six Sigma processes.
* Leading equipment criticality assessments to develop new maintenance strategies and plans for new assets.
* Developing a multi-year Reliability Roadmap with close collaboration from key stakeholders.
* Leading technical Root Cause Analysis events to prevent recurrence of asset or process failures.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should have:
* A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering or technical discipline, or a trade qualification with relevant experience.
* At least 3 years' experience working in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing GMP with a strong compliance mindset.
* Knowledge of GMP/EHS guidelines and legislation, as well as plant maintenance systems.
* Experience with document management systems and office applications.
* Knowledge and experience of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ideally SAP and Procal.
* Understanding of continuous improvement tools and reliability methodologies.
