Job Overview:
The Air and Ocean Supervisor is a vital role that ensures seamless communication with customers, service partners, and overseas offices.
This position requires strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively manage collections, paperwork, and shipment details.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish clear communication with customers regarding their shipping needs and ensure accurate completion of collections, paperwork, and shipment details.
* Engage in effective communication with all service partners to guarantee timely collections and deliveries.
* Prepare export documents and execute customs clearance, following up with pre-alerts and flight details to the customer and overseas offices.
* Ensure compliance with revenue and customs regulations, as well as company procedures and industry legislation.
* Coordinate effectively with overseas offices on sales leads, queries, and tracing shipments.
* Process invoicing and send it to finance to meet billing requirements.
* Monitor Supplier invoices and CASS queries.
* Maintain or exceed customer service standards for internal and external customers.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years' experience as an Air/Ocean Coordinator.
* Experience in freight/logistics.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Effective planning, organisational, and monitoring skills.
