KnEx is a team within the TrI&E division which has two functions: - i) The Technology Transfer Office which is responsible for the implementation of Trinitys policies with respect to knowledge transfer and licensing, intellectual property protection and campus company formation; and ii) The Research Contracts Office which oversees, manages, and negotiates legal contracts and provides associated legal and administrative support for academics in Trinity.
