Job Description
We are seeking a strategic HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. As part of this role, you will support one of our specialist business units, working closely with the Managing Director and other senior leaders.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in HRBP or senior HR roles, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You will also possess strong influencing, coaching and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
* Partner with the BU leadership team to deliver the people strategy
* Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding to exit
* Lead workforce planning ensuring future capability needs are met
