* Ensure that personal plans, risk assessments, and behavioral support plans are current and relevant.
* Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care and support.
* Meet regulatory compliance requirements and maintain accurate records.
* Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Oversee service delivery across shifts to ensure effective and efficient outcomes.
Requirements
* A level 7/8 degree in a health or social related field.
* A full clean driver's license.
* At least three years of managerial experience in a similar health or social care setting.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support to our service users. You will be an active participant in meetings, reviews, and committees as required, and seek guidance from others when needed.
