An executive search company with a global footprint that has recently opened it's doors in Dublin is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. In this role you will support the CEO as they steer this exciting business to global success.
The right person for this person will be an experienced with turning data into engaging presentations using tools such as powerpoint & canva, as well as being technically savvy to set up audio - visual systems.
Supporting the CEO you will be responsible for;
 * Assist in the preparation of presentations and agendas for meetings
 * Researching, market mapping and analysing data sets
 * Email management and diary management
 * Organising Travel arrangements
 * Act as point of contact between your Executives, the employees, and internal / external stakeholders
 * Booking & setting up of meeting rooms (including audio / visual requirements)
Requirements
 * Experience as EA or executive search researcher
 * Strong presentation preparation abilities
 * Experience with Audio / Visual equipment as it pertains to meetings
 * Communication skills, written/verbal of the highest standard
 * Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
 * Keep information confidential
