**Job Title:** Community Support Specialist
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Community Support Specialists. This role involves providing care and support to individuals with complex needs, helping them to reach their full potential and live a meaningful life.
About the Role:
As a Community Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with their daily plans, accompanying them in the community, and assisting with education, skills development, and personal outcomes. You will also help with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments, and family visits.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or a related discipline. Relevant life experience is desirable but not essential. A good attitude to work and a passion for supporting people are essential.
