Role Overview
As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for fostering growth in dealer partnerships across the south of Ireland. You will act as a trusted business advisor to current and new dealer partners, ensuring key performance indicators are met and establishing action plans to maximize sales objectives.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners across the region
* Continuously grow and nurture current relationships to drive sales growth
* Act as a trusted advisor to dealer partners, providing effective coaching and training
* Engage in regular financial reviews to ensure alignment with business goals
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives
Requirements
* Experience within an automotive financing environment
* Financial qualification or willingness to upskill
* Strong background in sales, business development, and achieving KPIs
* Excellent communication and relationship skills
* Self-starter comfortable working in a busy and flexible environment
