Senior Social Care Worker The primary objective of this role is to deliver high-quality care and support through a person-centred approach, catering to the practical, physical and emotional needs of service users with an Intellectual Disability/ABI/Autism.
This includes assisting individuals with disabilities in residential, training and day service activities aimed at achieving their highest level of functioning and maintaining independence or improving skills that enhance their autonomy.
