The Ballynahinch Castle Hotel is a luxury castle hotel situated in the heart of Connemara, Ireland. We are looking for an experienced Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to coordinate guest experiences at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar setting and possess excellent communication skills. The role involves ensuring that all guest rooms, corridors, front of house areas, and toilets are kept clean and tidy at all times. Additionally, the Guest Experience Coordinator will be responsible for servicing guest rooms promptly and with the care and attention to detail required.
Responsibilities & Duties:
* Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards.
* Clean public areas as directed by management.
* Remain pleasant and courteous to guests and colleagues at all times.
* Assist in in-house laundry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous housekeeping experience in a similar luxury setting.
* A keen eye for detail.
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
