Tax Lawyer (1–5 PQE) | Dublin | Hybrid
A leading Dublin corporate law firm is seeking a Tax Lawyer with 1–5 years' PQE to join its highly regarded Tax team advising top-tier international and domestic clients.
This team works at the forefront of complex, high-value transactions and advisory matters across multiple sectors.
The Role:
You will gain exposure to a broad mix of tax advisory and transactional work, including:
》International tax and cross-border structuring
》Corporate reorganisations, restructurings and inward investment into Ireland
》M&A, demergers and IPOs
》Tax controversy matters
》Capital markets and structured finance
》Private equity transactions
》Transfer pricing
》Asset and project finance (including aviation and equipment)
》Real estate tax
The Person:
》1–5 years' PQE in tax within a corporate/commercial firm
》Qualified solicitor or Tax Consultant
》Professional tax or accounting qualification required
》Strong technical ability with commercial awareness
》Interest in working on complex, international matters
