We're looking for a
proactive, skilled, and tech-savvy Remote IT Technician
to join our growing IT team In this fully remote role, you'll provide technical support to employees and clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations across our organization — all from the comfort of your home.
What You'll Do:
* Provide first- and second-level IT support remotely via email, chat, and video calls
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory or similar platforms
* Monitor system performance, backups, and security compliance
* Document support requests, solutions, and technical procedures in ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk)
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and provide user training
* Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate complex issues and implement improvements
What We're Looking For:
* 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles
* Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
* Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routers, firewalls)
* Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
* IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified are a plus
