We work across multiple certifying bodies and are committed to meeting regulatory requirements, maintaining strong assessment quality assurance, and keeping an audit-ready evidence trail at all times.The RoleThis is a high-detail, administration-led role at the centre of our assessment quality and compliance process.You will coordinate assessment corrections and returns end-to-end, ensuring everything is submitted on time, checked properly, evidenced correctly, and recorded accurately. You'll work closely with tutors, internal verifiers (IVs) and peer reviewers to keep work moving, close gaps early, and maintain clean records in Moodle and our trackers.This role will suit someone who is naturally organised, notices what's missing quickly, and takes pride in keeping documentation correct and complete. We can train platform steps; we can't train meticulous.Important: This is not an IT role. It's an operational administration role that requires strong digital confidence and excellent attention to detail.What You'll Be Responsible For1) Assessment Corrections & Returns (Coordination & Follow-up)Own and manage the corrections and returns process end-to-end.Maintain a live tracker of assessment status, deadlines, evidence completion, and outstanding actions.Follow up with tutors and reviewers to keep timelines on track (firm, professional, consistent).Flag risks early and escalate clearly where deadlines may be impacted.2) Internal Verification (IV) & Peer Review AdministrationCoordinate IV activity in line with awarding body and ETB requirements.Schedule and support IVs and peer reviewers (booking, briefing, deadlines, evidence capture).Ensure all peer review and IV activity is completed, documented and stored correctly.Help maintain consistent standards by keeping communication clear and structured.3) Moodle & Evidence Record ManagementMaintain accurate assessment and QA milestone records in Moodle.Ensure documents and evidence are uploaded, named, stored and versioned consistently.Check that the evidence trail is complete, compliant and audit-ready.Support the production of compliance packs / evidence sets for ETB deadlines and audits.4) Quality Support & Continuous ImprovementIdentify recurring errors, missing evidence patterns, or process gaps and feed these back.Support improvements to templates, SOPs, checklists and trackers.Run short, practical briefings with tutors on common errors and "what good looks like".5) OtherSupport assessment-related administration tasks as required by the training team.Day-to-Day (What You'll Actually Be Doing)Checking live trackers daily and chasing outstanding actions to keep work moving.Reviewing correction/IV/peer review submissions for completeness and compliance.Keeping Moodle records clean and accurate (uploads, milestones, evidence capture).Ensuring naming conventions, file structures and version control are consistent.Communicating with tutors/IVs/peer reviewers to resolve gaps quickly.Preparing evidence sets for deadlines and audit requirements.What Success Looks LikeCorrections and returns are on time with no errors.Trackers are accurate, up to date and trusted by the team.Evidence is complete, correctly filed and audit-ready.Risks are flagged early, no last-minute surprises.Tutors and reviewers get clear follow-up, and standards improve over time.Essential Requirements (Must-Have)Proven experience in a high-detail admin / coordination role where accuracy and deadlines matter (training/education, compliance, audit, regulated operations, governance, certification, or similar).Exceptional attention to detail - you naturally spot gaps, inconsistencies and missing evidence.Strong organisational skills: able to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines calmly.Confident, professional communicator who can follow up consistently and keep people on track.Strong digital confidence: comfortable working fully online with systems, trackers and documents (Moodle or similar LMS is a plus).Comfortable with documentation-heavy work and maintaining audit trails.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
