Senior Facilities Management Opportunity
The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a cluster of sites, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver multiple integrated facilities management services, promoting service excellence and contractual compliance.
* Manage financial reporting and cost control to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
* Establish strong relationships with clients as the key operational point of contact.
* Lead and develop on-site teams, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and high performance.
* Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice in all areas of service delivery.
* Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and service evaluations aligned with KPIs and SLAs.
* Support business growth by identifying opportunities for enhancement and service development.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities management leadership, preferably within a multi-site or IFM environment.
* Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and performance targets.
* Proven experience in people management, team leadership, and client relationship building.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with systems like SAP, Dynamics 365, or Facility Link is advantageous.
* Strong understanding of compliance requirements, Health & Safety, and quality assurance principles.
* IOHS Managing Safely qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
