Marketing and Communications Specialist
My client is seeking to hire a Marketing and Communications Executive who will play a key role in driving lead generation, managing digital marketing campaigns, and expanding online presence. This role is ideal for a dynamic, creative marketer with strong organizational skills and a passion for promotional merchandise and B2B marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
* Assist in developing targeted outreach strategies.
* Track and nurture leads through HubSpot CRM.
* Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling pitch materials and case studies.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
* Manage HubSpot workflows, including email automation, lead scoring, and reporting.
* Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, drip campaigns).
* Optimize website content (SEO, landing pages, blog posts) to improve lead capture.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions).
Social Media & Content Marketing
* Manage and expand the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
* Create and publish compelling, brand-aligned content
* Execute innovative social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Design visually captivating graphics and videos using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Vectornator.
* Analyse social media metrics to assess campaign success and inform data-driven decisions.
* Run paid social campaigns to boost lead generation.
* Manage email campaign strategy and execution, ensuring clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to build nurture programs, templates, and optimized email content.
* Track and report on key metrics to measure the impact of email initiatives on revenue.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Marketing and Commination's degree preferable
* 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or CRM management.
* Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools).
* Experience in social media management, content creation, and analytics.
* Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid social ads.
* Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
* Experience in B2B marketing (promotional products industry a plus).
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
* Knowledge of email marketing best practices and automation.
