We are seeking an Architectural Technician to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality technical drawings and 3D models using CAD/Revit.
Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring all design work complies with building regulations and statutory requirements, collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams to resolve technical issues and coordinate project details, and carrying out site visits to collect measurements, verify conditions, and review construction progress.
To be successful in this position, you must have a qualification in Architectural Technology or other design-related field, advanced Revit skills, including 3D modeling, detailed drawings, and technical documentation, and strong knowledge of Irish and UK building codes and regulations.
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess exceptional attention to detail, effective collaboration skills, and strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
