Recruitment SpecialistLocation: Dublin 4 (Clonskeagh), IrelandJob Type: Full-time, in-officeEuroplan Group is a leading international engineering and project services company, delivering innovative, safety-driven solutions to the energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.We're growing our People function and seeking a Recruiter (ideally with construction/engineering recruitment experience) to help build high-performing project teams across Ireland the UK and internationally.As Recruiter, you'll own the end-to-end hiring process, from intake and sourcing to offers and onboarding, partnering closely with HR, project leadership, and directors.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to define roles, success profiles, and interview plans.Proactively source scarce profiles (site engineers, HSSE, QS/commercial, planners, PMs, CAD/BIM, MEP).Run structured screening, coordinate interviews, and guide fair, fast decisions.Craft clear job adverts and outreach that reflect the Europlan tone and EVP.Manage candidate experience and keep stakeholders updated (SLAs, weekly trackers).Offer management: references/RTW checks, compensation alignment, and closing.Build and maintain talent pipelines for near-term and future projects.Track metrics (time-to-respond, time-to-hire, source quality) and report monthly.Support onboarding handovers (Day-1 readiness, new-starter forms, comms).What We're Looking ForRecruiting experience (in-house or agency), construction/engineering sector exposure strongly preferred.Confident sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent pools, and targeted outreach.Solid interview & assessment skills, comfortable advising hiring managers.Clear communicator and strong copywriter (adverts, outreach, updates).Organised, data-aware, and proactive, able to juggle multiple requisitions.Familiar with RTW checks and GDPR best practice.Occasional travel to project sites (Ireland/UK).Build the teams that build tomorrow's infrastructure, apply todayEuroplan is an equal opportunities employer.
