* Toolroom Team Leader
The role of the Toolroom Team Leader is multifaceted and requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills and business acumen. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing all day-to-day operations within the toolroom.
Key Responsibilities:
1. The successful candidate will oversee tooling maintenance, repair, validation support and continuous improvement activities while ensuring compliance with safety, quality and GMP requirements.
2. This includes coordinating, planning and prioritizing toolroom work in line with operational requirements as well as ensuring accurate completion of all required paperwork and documentation for tooling activities.
3. A key aspect of this role is to ensure that toolroom activities align with quality, GMP H&S procedures to support both internal audits or visits from external auditors。
