About the Role:
* Lead and support the customer service team to deliver high-quality, consistent, and efficient service.
* Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and quality teams to meet customer needs and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
* Train, mentor, and develop staff to build strong product, process, and customer knowledge.
* Motivate the team to achieve department and business goals while promoting a positive, learning-focused culture.
* Supervise daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
