Little Harvard Maynooth
is looking for an experienced
Assistant Manager
to support the Centre Manager and help run our busy early years centre.
What You'll Do
* Support the Centre Manager in daily operations
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the team
* Ensure compliance with Tusla, ECCE, and other regulations
* Build strong relationships with families
* Assist with administration, rosters, audits, and curriculum planning
* Step into leadership when needed
What We're Looking For
* Minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 7+ a bonus)
* Leadership or senior educator experience
* Knowledge of Aistear, Síolta, and best practice in early years education
* Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
* Calm, proactive, and confident in a busy environment
