Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant

Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
Lead the end-to-end design of complex Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding strategic direction and best practice.
Oversee and quality-assure configuration, documentation, and functional deliverables.
Mentor, coach, and support junior and mid-level consultants within the practice.
Drive pre-sales activities, including:
High-impact demos
Shaping solutions, scope, and proposals
Providing authoritative advice on Oracle Cloud Payroll capabilities and roadmaps
Facilitate advanced design workshops and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Collaborate closely with technical, integration, and project delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Essential Experience
You will have:
Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM – Payroll, ideally across multiple full-cycle implementations
Deep functional knowledge and configuration expertise, including:
Fast Formula
Element design
Payroll process flows
Calculation cards
Strong workshop leadership and solution documentation skills
Confident in pre-sales, bid support, and client-facing discussions
OTBI reporting and/or SQL competency
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable Experience
You will have:
Experience in complementary HCM modules:
