Job Title: Clinical Sales Specialist
Reports to: Sales Director
Qualifications / Experience
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical sales role.
* Strong skillset in solution selling.
* Dependent on experience and to perform at this level, a degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent field required as minimum.
* Experience in diagnostic instrumentation, software and applications is desirable.
* Proven ability to work remotely and independently, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise workload in an effective manner.
* Strong organizational and planning skills required.
* Must be willing to travel extensively around Ireland as required.
* Full clean driving license essential.
Key Responsibilities
The principal duties and responsibilities of the Clinical Sales Specialist are to proactively perform applications support and training to our customers and to work in conjunction with the Applications and Service teams to meet company goals and objectives.
Project a positive image of Cruinn Diagnostics by interacting with customers, suppliers and colleagues in a professional, friendly and courteous manner at all times.
Duties
* Work independently, and as part of the Sales organisation team to support Clinical Diagnostic Instrumentation.
* Perform applications support and training.
* Be client-focused and customer centric, working in conjunction with the Applications and Service teams to meet company goals and objectives.
* Active participation in conferences, seminars and exhibitions.
* This is a customer facing role so the candidate will be required to travel and meet customers on a regular basis throughout Ireland.
* Ensure your company vehicle is regularly serviced and maintained and kept clean and tidy at all times. Please be aware of the dangers of leaving your mobile phone in the hands free cradle or your laptop computer etc. visible while your car is left unattended.
* Drive safely and within the rules of the road.
* Supply business and non-business mileage records to the accounts department on a monthly basis. This ensures that we in turn declare accurate details of your company vehicle to the Revenue Commissioners for the purpose of deduction of Benefit in Kind.
* Other adhoc duties.
