Project Executive Permanent contract / 15 hours per week National Learning Network: Rossview Business Park, Letterkenny Job Purpose The Project Executive will play a key role in supporting National Learning Network centres by auditing and enhancing services to meet the New Directions Standards and implementing the EASI (Evaluation, Action, and Service Improvement) tool process. This position is part of the Operations Team and focuses on improving service quality, driving projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations. What we're looking for: Third-level degree in Health & Social Care, Education & Training, or a related field. At least 3 years in service development, project management, or regulatory compliance roles in Day services or HSE funded organizations. In-depth knowledge of: New Directions Standards, Person-Centred Planning, EASI tool process and relevant regulations. Strong skills in identifying service challenges, evaluating findings, and recommending improvements. Ability to build frameworks to manage New Directions Standards into the future. Proven track record in planning and managing projects effectively. Your Responsibilities In collaboration with Local Managers (who have active day to day involvement in the service) promote and support the use of agreed improvement methodologies, that align to the key principles of the New Directions Interim Standards for Services and Supports for Adults with Disabilities and include accessing the unique knowledge that frontline staff possess, to ensure quality service delivery. Promote standardisation and reduce variation across services/centres where applicable, within a framework that recognizes that a key principle of the Standard is that services and supports are tailored to an individual's need and the scale of need is most diverse. In collaboration with Local Managers (who have active day to day involvement in the service) leverage and build upon existing local partnership approaches with stakeholders who have an important role to play in supporting individuals to meet their goals and achieve a good quality of life. Support the four-step EASI tool process (Evaluation, Action, and Service Improvement).
