Financial Analyst Opportunity
The Financial Analyst role focuses on budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting to support the EMEA Facilities team. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues across the procure-to-pay cycle, preparing purchase requisitions, maintaining financial trackers, and supporting the annual budget process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot discrepancies in the procure-to-pay cycle, resolving purchase order and invoice issues.
* Prepare and manage purchase requisitions for facilities OPEX and CAPEX expenditure.
* Maintain key financial trackers, including the CAPEX Master Cashflow, Operational CAPEX, and OPEX Tracker.
* Develop and update budget and forecast templates for upload into a financial system.
* Support the annual budget process and quarterly forecasting in coordination with the EMEA Facilities Finance Manager.
* Prepare monthly accruals for OPEX and CAPEX to ensure financial accuracy.
* Review monthly actuals and compile data for dashboards and internal reporting.
* Provide data analysis and financial insights to support planning and decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting, with knowledge of OPEX/CAPEX and the procure-to-pay lifecycle.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Confident communicator with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
