Job Opportunity:
Legal Secretary Role:
* Manage digital documentation and diary scheduling.
* Prepare pleadings, Affidavits, Briefs and Discovery booklets.
* Arrange consultations and attend hearings with Counsel and witnesses.
* Handle client calls and correspondence with Solicitors.
* Provide general administrative support.
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Legal Executive required.
* Advantageous to have experience in medical negligence or defence litigation.
* A team-oriented attitude with flexibility.
* Proficiency in case management systems, preferably Practice Evolve.
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
