The Role
We are looking for a candidate who can make a real impact on food safety and quality across the plant. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting and coordinating internal and external audits (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, FSMA, etc.)
* Monitoring and reporting on Quality KPIs, consumer complaints, and non-conformities
* Updating HACCP plans and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
* Coordinating environmental monitoring, traceability exercises, and patrol walks
* Delivering training in GMP, food safety, and production standards
* Maintaining plant quality documentation and managing external contractors
About You
* Degree in Food Science or equivalent
* 5+ years’ experience in a food safety or quality role
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines
* Team player with initiative, motivation, and a commitment to quality
