IVC Evidensia is continuing to evolve its operating model across Ireland to ensure a consistent, structured and sustainable approach to practice support. As part of this, we are seeking an Area Support Manager (ASM) to work closely with an Area Director and provide hands‑on operational support across a defined group of practices. This is a highly collaborative role, acting as the key operational link between practices and central support teams. You’ll help ensure clarity, compliance and the effective execution of agreed priorities, processes and frameworks—allowing practices to focus on delivering exceptional care.What you’ll be responsible forOperational & Practice SupportAct as the primary operational point of contact for practice leadership teamsSupport the implementation of agreed initiatives, frameworks and processesResolve day‑to‑day operational issues and escalate risks where requiredMaintain oversight of actions, ownership and follow‑through.Performance, Reporting & InsightsCoordinate the collection and circulation of performance dataSupport practices in interpreting dashboards, KPIs and scorecardsIdentify trends, risks and opportunities and share these with the Area DirectorTrack actions from performance reviews and ensure timely follow‑up.Finance & Commercial SupportSupport the monthly financial rhythm across practicesCoordinate the distribution of financial insights and performance informationSupport compliance with purchasing, debt management and reporting processes.Practice Visits & Area CadenceConduct structured practice visits using agreed checklists and focus areasProvide on‑site support and document outcomes and actionsOrganise area meetings, leadership forums and routine callsPrepare agendas, reports, presentations and minutes.People, Training & ComplianceSupport onboarding and induction of Practice Managers and Clinical DirectorsMonitor completion of mandatory training and compliance requirementsSupport recruitment processes in line with budgets and approvalsIdentify and escalation governance, clinical and health & safety.What we’re looking forExperience supporting operations across multiple sites or locationsStrong organisational, coordination and administrative capabilityComfortable working with data, reporting and performanceSkills & AbilitiesExcellent attention to detail with strong follow‑throughConfident communicator, able to influence without formal authorityAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentStrong problem‑solving and organisationalPersonal AttributesProfessional, collaborative and solutions‑focusedResilient, adaptable and highly accountableAligned with company valuesFull, clean driving licenceAt IVC Evidensia we are committed to Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Belonging, we are keen to hear from candidates from all minority and diverse groups.
