About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for both customers and brand partners.


Key Responsibilities

* Respond Promptly to Inquiries: Respond to customer and brand partner inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
* Resolve Issues: Resolve issues related to orders, products, refunds, commissions, and accounts in a timely and professional manner.
* Manage Product Complaints: Manage product complaints by ensuring prompt and effective resolutions that meet company policies and customer satisfaction.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Native Language Speaker: Be a native speaker of one or more languages.
* Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
