Job Title: Operations Supervisor
The successful candidate will oversee service delivery across all departments, ensuring smooth coordination and excellent guest experiences in a busy hotel environment.
Responsibilities:
* Lead daily operations across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Events.
* Support bar, restaurant, and event teams to deliver consistent guest service.
* Oversee conference & banqueting setups, turnarounds, and service standards.
* Respond to guest concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
* Liaise with all departments for seamless communication and handovers.
* Monitor compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
* Conduct shift briefings and uphold operational standards.
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience as Duty Manager in a 4-star hotel or higher.
* Strong Food & Beverage background with event experience.
* Front Office knowledge is advantageous.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
* Flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Familiarity with hotel systems (Hotsoft) is an advantage.
