If you're passionate about partnering with leaders, driving culture, and delivering people strategies that make a real commercial impact, this is an opportunity to join a dynamic, values‑driven Group at an exciting stage of evolution.About the RoleAs People Business Partner – Ireland, you'll act as a trusted adviser to the Ireland leadership team, ensuring our people practices enable high performance, sustainable growth, and strong alignment with Group values. You'll combine strategic partnership with hands‑on operational leadership, supporting a diverse workforce across multiple locations and working arrangements, including employees and contractors.This role sits within the wider Group People function and plays a key part in embedding consistent, scalable, and compliant people practices across the Irish business.Key ResponsibilitiesCulture, Leadership & EngagementChampion Amtivo's Group Values and foster an inclusive, engaged, high‑performing culture.Coach and challenge people managers to lead effectively, supporting performance, capability, and engagement.Drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience across office‑based, hybrid, and remote teams.People Operations & Workforce EnablementLead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning aligned to business priorities.Oversee people operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency, fairness, and scalability.Use data and insight to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating these into practical action.Support effective engagement and oversight of contractor populations.Policy, Employee Relations & ComplianceLocalise and implement Group policies in line with Irish employment legislation.Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters including performance, absence, disciplinary, and grievance.Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and governance requirements across all workforce arrangements.Strategic PartnershipWork closely with the Ireland leadership team to anticipate people risks and enable delivery of business objectives.Provide insight and challenge using workforce data, organisational understanding, and external market awareness.Act as a trusted sounding board to leaders, supporting strong decision‑making and people management capability.Cross‑Functional & Group CollaborationAlign local practices with Group frameworks, systems, and standards.Support people integration following acquisitions, ensuring smooth adoption of Group processes and culture.Contribute to continuous improvement of Group‑wide people practices.Data, Payroll & ReportingEnsure accuracy and integrity of people data and support timely, compliant payroll processes.Produce clear people insights and reporting to support leadership decision‑making.What Success Looks LikeImproved engagement, retention, and performance across the Ireland business.Strong cultural alignment with Group values.Consistent, compliant application of people policies and ER practices.Clear contribution to business performance through effective people partnering.Experience & QualificationsProven experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner within Ireland.Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and ER best practice.Experience supporting multi‑site or distributed workforces, including contractor environments.Relevant third‑level qualification in HR, employment law, or related discipline; CIPD (or equivalent) desirable.Core CompetenciesCommercial People Leadership – Aligns people strategy with business priorities.Trusted Partnership – Builds credibility and influence with senior leaders.Cultural Awareness – Balances local context with Group‑wide alignment.Operational Excellence – Delivers consistent, compliant, scalable people practices.Clear Communication – Communicates with clarity and confidence across diverse stakeholders.Please note: Amtivo does not accept unsolicited CVs from external agencies.
