Job Title: Training Coordinator Role in Biologics Services
About the Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Training Coordinator, where you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of training programs across various departments. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date training records, working closely with Training Specialists, and ensuring compliance with GMP requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records
* Working collaboratively with Training Specialists to support departmental training needs
* Coordinating training activities, including room bookings, catering, and administrative tasks
* Liaising with functional areas to plan upcoming training activities and collect trainee information
* Tracking performance against training plans and providing regular reports to support site and functional areas
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Third-level education or equivalent professional experience in a similar role
* Experience using Learning Management Systems (i.e., MasterControl, SuccessFactors)
* Experience as a training coordinator, with an understanding of training systems
* Ability to work in a team environment, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
