Eight Degrees Brewing is an award-winning independent Irish craft brewery based in Mitchelstown, Co. Cork. We're known for our adventurous spirit, innovative beers, and commitment to quality. We're looking for a dynamic, motivated Brand Ambassador to bring the beers and story of Eight Degrees Brewing to life - connecting with customers, supporting our distributors, and ensuring our brand shines across Ireland.
Role Overview
As Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of Eight Degrees Brewing across Ireland. You'll visit pubs, off-licences, wholesalers, and event & festival venues to build strong relationships, promote our portfolio, and support our route to market. This is a full-time, on-the-road role with a company vehicle provided. You'll be deeply involved in brand activation, events, tastings, and promotional activities that help spread the craft beer love throughout Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, publicans, off-trade customers, and event partners.
* Support distributor sales teams with training, product updates, and joint sales calls.
* Implement in-store and in-bar merchandising and ensure brand visibility and compliance.
* Plan and execute beer tastings, festivals, and consumer events nationwide.
* Identify new on- and off-trade opportunities to expand brand presence.
* Coordinate and deliver brand activations and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
* Provide feedback from the market on product performance, customer needs, and competitor activity.
* Manage stock and equipment for events, tastings, and merchandising.
* Represent Eight Degrees Brewing with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a deep knowledge of our beers and brand story.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in sales, brand ambassadorship, or field marketing (preferably in the drinks industry).
* Strong understanding of the Irish on- and off-trade landscape.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Passion for craft beer and confidence in understanding, describing, and promoting beer styles.
* Full driver's licence (essential).
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events, festivals, and tastings.
