Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to drive operational excellence across European projects.
This interim role focuses on delivering process improvement, managing a high-performing HR team, and supporting strategic HR initiatives that foster business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and optimize HR operations from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless employee experience.
2. Mentor and manage HR team performance and development, driving continuous learning and improvement.
3. Oversee HR data integrity, reporting, and compliance, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and transparency.
4. Support employee relations and guide line managers on people matters, promoting a positive work environment.
5. Collaborate on HR projects including Diversity & Inclusion and professional development, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
6. Ensure smooth payroll and benefits administration, meeting all regulatory requirements.
7. Manage vendor relationships and service delivery, building strong partnerships for business success.
8. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, informing strategic decision-making.
Requirements
* 5 years' experience in HR operations, governance, and data analysis, with a proven track record of success.
* Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset, with a focus on delivering results.
* High attention to detail and data accuracy, with excellent analytical skills.
* Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
