Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role. The Chef will be responsible for preparing high‑quality dishes, crafting menus with seasonal ingredients, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring timely food service. The role involves collaborating with the kitchen team to create exquisite dining experiences, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. The Chef will also participate in training junior kitchen staff and contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
Qualifications
Culinary expertise including food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating presentation skills.
Menu development and food costing experience to create innovative dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Familiarity with food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
Strong team leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to supervise and mentor kitchen staff.
Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and ensure consistent food quality in a fast‑paced environment.
Formal culinary qualification or relevant industry experience is essential.
Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality establishments is highly desirable.
A passion for culinary excellence and staying updated on innovative techniques and trends.
