What You will Do Drive our Resiliency Strategy: Maintain and evolve the resiliency practices, namely continuity planning, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and regional/business needs.
Facilitate and oversee business continuity and cyber recovery plans,including annual certification and testing.
Lead efficiency and effectiveness of continuity efforts, set measurable goals, and identify emerging issues.
Manage lifecycle planning, business impact analysis, and long-term strategies; consult with senior management.
Monitor compliance and report on readiness, risk exposure, and exercise results to leadership.
Work directly with the Senior Continuity Specialist to develop and disseminate standards, training, and approved contingency planning tools.
What We Are Looking For Continuity management expertise and understanding of Essential and Interim Business Solutions.
Certifications such as CBCP, MBCP, ABCP, CISA, CISSP, or progress toward certification are a plus.
Strong relationship management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
Ability to analyze data and translate it into meaningful insights and recommendations.
Familiarity with Archer or similar GRC tools is a plus.
Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive clarity in evolving environments.
