Project Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role will involve supporting Project Managers with project coordination, data management, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders
* Manage project databases and maintain accurate records of project progress and performance
* Liaise with Project Managers and the Operations team to ensure seamless project execution
* Prepare and submit reports on project status and outcomes
Requirements:
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment
* Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with project management software
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in professional services
