Aon is a global professional services firm that helps organizations make better decisions about risk. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Advisor to join our team in Cork or Dublin.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead a portfolio of varied global inward businesses within a busy and proactive broking environment.
* Handle clients' renewals from start to finish, including mid-term alterations, day-to-day client and carrier queries, and administrative duties.
* Provide support to our designated claims team in the handling of insurance claims.
* Assist colleagues across a range of general lines products.
* Review policy wording and build strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and network colleagues.
* Secure and retain clients by providing an excellent service.
* Participate in sales initiatives to target new clients.
Requirements
* Relevant broking experience with minimum CIP qualification (ACII desirable).
* Compliance with Central Bank fitness and probity standards.
* Maintenance of CPD hours.
* Strong knowledge of general insurance products.
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
