Company Secretary Administrator Role Overview

* Coordinate meetings with clients, service providers and boards of directors, including managing logistics such as room setup, catering and transportation.
* Assist in the organisation of board approval requests and the signing of documents (including notarisation and apostilling).
* Handle audit requests by providing signed minutes and board packs.
* Support the team with ad-hoc queries and assist with database management (e.g., Diligent Entities, CRO, Central Bank Portal).
Requirements:
* 1+ years experience in a company secretary role.
* Experience with document management or board pack software is desirable.
