Standalone HR Manager | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract We are hiring a hands-on HR Manager for a standalone role supporting approx.
105 employees.
You will own day-to-day HR operations, with support from an HR Consultant (3 days per week).
This is a varied, operational role ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the detail and working across the full employee lifecycle.
Generous completion bonus Competitive salary One round interview process Ideal start date -end of February Key Responsibilities: Manage monthly payroll administration with a third-party provider Administer benefits including health insurance, pension and allowances Support year-end payroll and finance-related activities Manage HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, probation, absence, HR reporting and health & safety Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR matters Support performance reviews, salary and bonus cycles Manage end-to-end recruitment, including graduate hiring Coordinate training initiatives Manage expatriate secondments, relocations, visas and work permits Maintain HR systems, employee records and GDPR compliance Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice Support strategic HR initiatives as required Ideal Candidate: HR professional with 4+ years experience Comfortable in a standalone, operational HR role Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Payroll administration experience preferred Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HRIS systems Please reach out to Anne Marie in Lex Consultancy today Please note only candidates that match the minimum job requirements above will be contacted for this role.
