As a Programme Supervisor, you will be part of our team responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering quality customer-focused and cost-effective community services to service users at an appropriate time and setting. This includes providing individual programmes and activities to meet people's needs, choices, and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build trusting relationships and communication with service users, facilitating them to identify their goals, strengths, and needs.
* Support service users to establish and enhance their natural support circle.
* Advocate on behalf of and support self-advocacy for service users in various settings.
* Manage the day-to-day delivery of a person-centred service for all clients who avail of our resources.
* Document information and complete paperwork as deemed necessary for delivery of service to clients.
Requirements:
* Third-level graduate or Health and Social Care equivalent qualification.
* MAPA, Occupational First Aid, Manual Handling, infection prevention experience.
* Experience working with adults with disabilities.
* Champion of Person Centred Planning and Individual Action Plans.
* People management skills with proven experience of leading and co-ordinating.
