SUMMARY
As a Commercial Systems Business Analyst, you will be pivotal in bridging the gap between our business needs and our technology stack, moving beyond just Salesforce to support our broader ecosystem of commercial systems. In this role, you will help internal customers develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex business processes across multiple disciplines. You will play a crucial role in managing vendor relationships, driving user enablement, and ensuring the operational hygiene of our agile sprint processes. This role will have broad exposure across a rapidly growing, global team and is fundamental to ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and controls within the commercial process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key commercial system vendors in the US time zone. Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, troubleshoot issues, collaborate on feature requests, and ensure we are maximizing the value of our external partnerships.
Agile & Sprint Process Ownership: Act as the operational Scrum Master, owning the hygiene and organization of our sprint planning processes within Asana. Ensure day-to-day sprint tasks are properly tracked, prioritized, updated, and communicated by the team.
Training & Enablement: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs for our commercial systems. Create and maintain enablement documentation, conduct role-specific training sessions, and ensure our Go-to-Market teams are fully equipped to utilize our tools effectively.
Systems Support & Optimization: Support the ongoing optimization of our commercial tech stack (including Salesforce and other integrated Go-to-Market platforms). Gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and support day-to-day system inquiries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal business partners globally. Assist business teams in defining, tracking, and optimizing business processes and tools for global and regional KPIs.
Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support process improvements.
EXPERIENCE
BA/BS required. Major in information technology, business administration, or a related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst supporting Salesforce and other commercial/revenue systems (e.g., CPQ, Marketing Automation, Sales Engagement).
Strong background in vendor management, external partner collaboration, and software procurement processes.
Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering software training, internal enablement programs, and user documentation.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Asana strongly preferred) and a solid understanding of agile/scrum methodologies.
Ability to operate independently in the US/Dublin time zones to ensure adequate coverage for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
