We're looking for a natural leader to take charge in the field — coaching new fundraisers, setting the tone, and leading by example. If you love working with people, thrive outdoors, and want to inspire a team to do meaningful work, this is the role for you.
Location: Field-based – nationwide locations
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time DOE
What you'll do:
* Lead a small team of fundraisers in the field across Ireland.
* Train, coach, and motivate new starters to succeed
* Help your team hit daily and weekly donation targets
* Set the standard by fundraising alongside your team
* Give regular feedback and create a supportive, high-performance culture
Requirements
What you'll bring:
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* A positive attitude and the ability to motivate others
* Experience in fundraising, sales, or leading a team (preferred but not essential)
* Confidence working outdoors and travelling locally
* A hands-on approach – you lead from the front
