Dining Service Coordinator Role
We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Dining Service Coordinators to join our team.
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of a Dining Service Coordinator is to provide excellent customer service in food and beverage settings. This involves ensuring that guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in food preparation and service during breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts
2. Set up and clear down dining areas, ensuring a smooth service
3. Provide effective support to kitchen and front-of-house teams
4. Ensure that all dining areas are clean and well-maintained at all times
Requirements:
* Experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and shift patterns as required
