Global Supply Chain Manager
This key role is pivotal in ensuring strategic and operational information, reports, and metrics are readily available to stakeholders. The Global Supply Chain Manager will drive data collection, analysis, and reporting to achieve targets within the supply chain area, identifying corrective actions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse large datasets to generate business insights and highlight opportunities for process improvement.
* Develop tools and processes to collate data from multiple sources, supporting the global supply chain function.
* Presentation of data and insights on Supply Chain performance to key stakeholders.
* Cross-functional collaboration to optimise inventory management and raw materials/components.
* Material operations: identify potential business issues, develop risk mitigation plans, and escalate material supply issues.
* Data accuracy and meaningful discussion through effective reporting processes.
* Drive efficiency and standardisation in supply chain business processes across sites.
Requirements:
* Primary Degree in Engineering, Business, Maths, or Data Science (Master's degree desirable).
* Knowledge of Supply Chain, including SAP knowledge, is a distinct advantage.
* Advanced Excel skills with complex data set experience are necessary.
* Analytical tools expertise, such as Alteryx or Power BI, is required.
* Able to travel globally as needed with advance planning.
* Clear desire to build a career in a major global multinational organisation.
* Demonstrated team work ability through college programs, part-time work, or personal activities.
