Job Description
* Reporting to the Executive Chef and Head Chef, the Chef De Partie will play a key role in driving excellence in food service, consistently delivering outstanding gastro menus.
* Maintain a high level of food quality, exceeding guests' expectations with every dish.
* Ensure effective stock control and adherence to cleanliness and food safety at all times.

Requirements
* Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen operation.
* Professional qualifications, e.g., HACCP, are essential.
