Construction team leader

Job Overview

This is a leadership role in our construction team, responsible for managing logistics to ensure site operations meet safety and quality standards.



* EHS management including inductions, method statements, risk assessments: We expect the successful candidate to have extensive knowledge of EHS principles and best practices. He/she will be responsible for implementing effective procedures across the organization to prevent accidents and near misses. This includes conducting regular risk assessments, ensuring proper induction processes are in place, and maintaining accurate records of compliance.

* Developing strategies for efficient resource allocation: The Logistics Manager must have strong analytical skills to develop proactive strategies that optimize logistics operations across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include analyzing supply chain data, identifying areas for improvement

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills with experience working at multiple levels within an organization. A degree or relevant certification is required in a field such as Construction Management or related field.
