What You’ll Do
As a Senior Account Executive, your primary mission is to close high-value mid market and enterprise contracts. You will drive revenue by proving how our breakthrough agentic AI technology delivers massive operational efficiencies and new monetisation opportunities for our clients.

Drive Revenue & Close Deals: Own the full sales cycle from self-led pipeline generation through negotiation to final signature, ruthlessly penetrating high-value verticals.
Position & Pitch: Act as a market pioneer, clearly articulating the transformational ROI of managed AI agents to enterprise decision-makers.
Farm & Expand: Manage customer onboarding and delight, securing renewals and driving multi-X growth within your closed accounts.
Collaborate for the Win: Work closely with product and engineering to structure compelling, tailored enterprise deals, and collaborate with leadership to refine pricing and packaging.
Activate Networks: Build and leverage a network of introducers, system integrators, and partners to accelerate pipeline generation and close rates.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Record of Selling: A strong track record of hitting and exceeding target quotas, with a proven capability of generating and closing a €1M+ annual pipeline.
Enterprise / B2B Technology Expertise: Deep, firsthand experience value-selling complex technology solutions (SaaS, AI, or data-driven products) to enterprise clients.
Vertical Expertise & Network: A strong track record of selling complex SaaS or AI solutions into large enterprises. You ideally bring an established network and sales records in industries such as Fintech, Neobanks, Crypto exchanges, Airlines, Hotels, BPO, or E-commerce, but we are highly open to elite sellers with strong footholds in other high-value sectors.
Full-Funnel Ownership: Demonstrated ability to build and optimise the entire revenue funnel—from outbound prospecting and demand generation to negotiation, closing, and account expansion.
Category Creation Experience: Experience building a new category or aggressively selling a product in a space with previously low penetration.
Data-Driven & Analytical: Experience with funnel analytics, spreadsheet proficiency, and using data to iterate on your sales motions to close deals faster.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficient in creating compelling presentations, delivering technical demos, and negotiating with CXOs.

What You’ll Get

Competitive base salary (80-100k) + uncapped performance comissions tied directly to closed revenue and growth KPIs
